Use a speaker with a cable

This projector is Mike’s above my old one, but for the price it better be. Picture is crisp, remote works well anywhere in the room and the app user interfaces are very nice. The only drawback is Bluetooth connection to an external speaker. I have a JBL Flip-5 and every time I turn on the projector, but brave to unpair and re-pair it. Works fine after that. Tech support said it’s a compatibility issue and doesn’t happen with their speaker. I kind of expected a 600 dollar projector to be compatible with one of the most popular brand of speakers. Not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind. Everything else about the projector is awesome.

Why buy a TV when you can get a projector?

Honestly, I wish that I had one of these for every room. But really all you need is one because it’s portable and easy to use. This thing is awesome and I am surprised that not more people have these! My only critique is that it’s not very bright for rooms that have a lot of sunlight, but in the perfect room with blackout curtains the picture quality is amazing.

Needs updated

I'll update this review in full from computer at some point. But some quick pros and cons.

Pros:

- portable, small and compact

- works in low lighting (think it's sunny out but you have white, or grey curtains) albeit with reduced clarity and contrast

- all types of screen mirroring functionally rooted or uprooted options are available but not "offically" supported

- USB C this is a big one too me. Allows me to use solely USB based connectors. That's important! All in one connector tech!

- lasts 2-3hrs based on minimal usage while powered on (ie 1-2 movies on wifi, on no wifi and off external usb/USB C storage about 3hrs at best using mx player pro/vlc)

Cons:

-200ANSI is great for this kinda Pico projector, but needs to be greater I'm used to 1500-4500ANSI and able to use the projector in all sorts of lighting environments.

- Gaming, reaction speeds are off by 0.3-0.5 seconds. In fps games or anything requiring fine tuned response times, this is important.
