If the streaming dongle is muted, you can press the mute button again to restore the volume. If the volume is too low, you can turn up the volume.

You can solve the low volume issue by follow the following steps:
1. Open the “settings”.
2. Click Set up remote buttons.
3. Click Volume control.
4. Select Automatic (CEC). Now you can change the volume of the Nebula.
5. Press the volume button (+) on the remote control to raise the volume to the maximum.
6. Click Volume control again.
7. Select the connected TV. This will synchronize the volume button on the remote control with the volume on the TV.
8. Turn the TV volume up and down again to see if any difference could be made.
