No, the rewards program is free to join.

No, rewards, benefits, and soundcore Nebula Credits earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.
6. Can I merge two different soundcore Nebula accounts?
No, soundcore Nebula Credits earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason.
7. Who qualifies for priority shipping？
Registered members have access to exclusive perks. These bonuses include same-day shipping on orders placed before 01:00 PM PT on business days. Without this perk, orders will be shipped on the next business day.

Your soundcore Nebula Credits will be credited to your account 30 days after the payment of your order is successful.
3. What should I do if I believe my soundcore Nebula Credits were not properly credited to my account?

4. Do soundcore Nebula Credits have an expiration date?
Yes. soundcore Nebula Credits earned after the launch date will expire one year after they are unlocked. Expired soundcore Nebula Credits will be deducted from your account.
5. Can I earn soundcore Nebula Credits for previous transactions made before the launch of the soundcore Nebula Credits Rewards Program?
No, it is not possible to earn soundcore Nebula Credits for previoustransactions. The soundcore Nebula Credits Rewards Program is applicable only to purchases made after July 29, 2024.

You can earn soundcore Nebula Credits in the following ways:

9. What happens to my soundcore Nebula Credits if I return a product or cancel an order?
If you return a product or cancel an order, the soundcore Nebula Credits earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. soundcore Nebula Credits will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

a. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Rewards" section. Click on the order number to go to "My Account" page and track the delivery status of your parcel.
b. You will receive an order confirmation email after redemption. Once the redeemed product ships out, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number.
3. Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?
In most cases, we offer free shipping for redeemed products. However, there may be certain products for which you need to pay shipping fees.
4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
