1. Anyone who registers on seenebula.com can refer. Simply provide a valid email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and start referring your friends and family.

2. Self-referral is not allowed. As determined by NEBULA, the referred person and the referrer cannot be the same (including the email address, IP address, or browser session). Please note that manual adjustments, additions, or confirmations of referrals may not be possible if the criteria are not met.

3. As a condition of payment of accrued cash rewards, you must:
(i) have an active NEBULA account;
(ii) provide a valid email address that you own and can access;
(iii) set a password to secure your NEBULA account.
If you choose to receive payment via PayPal, you must provide a valid PayPal email address and ensure that it's not linked to another NEBULA account. A single PayPal email address cannot be associated with multiple NEBULA accounts.

For a referral to be considered valid, the following criteria must be met:

1. The purchase must be made on seenebula.com by clicking on the unique refer-a-friend link provided by NEBULA.

2. The referrer's unique referral link must not be shared, sold, or used in any other way except for obtaining qualified referrals.

3. NEBULA will review the referred order within 40 days. Only orders that meet the above rules and are not returned will be verified. Once the referred purchase is verified, you will receive another email to collect your reward.

4. To be eligible, a referrer must:
Be a legal resident of the United States of America.
Be at least 18 years old. No part of the program is directed to persons under the age of 18.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use, access, or participate in the program at any time or in any manner.

2. Offer codes or promotions provided by NEBULA cannot be combined with refer-a-friend program discounts.

3. Each referred friend may use only one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple seenebula.com users, the referrer of the first order made by the referee will receive the reward.

4. Your commission on referrals applies exclusively to the product's purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees.

1. When a referred friend makes a purchase using your referral link, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges the referral order but does not guarantee the reward until NEBULA verifies the order.

2. NEBULA will review the referred order within 40 days to confirm it meets the program rules and is not subject to return or cancellation.

3. Once the order is verified, you will receive an email detailing how to redeem your reward via PayPal.

4. Verified rewards will be issued to the referrer's PayPal account within 10 business days after the verification period ends.

1. NEBULA retains the right to suspend or terminate the referral program or a user's participation at any time and for any reason.

2. Should NEBULA identify any activity it deems abusive, fraudulent, or Terms of Service violations, accounts may be suspended, and referral rewards may be revoked.

3. NEBULA conducts thorough reviews and investigations of all referral activities and has the sole discretion to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.

4. NEBULA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms.

1. NEBULA will collect and process participant and referee data (e.g., names, email addresses, and referral link usage) to operate the program.

2. By participating in the program, you consent to the processing of your data for referral tracking and reward issuance.

3. Referral data will be retained for the duration of the program and deleted within six months after program termination.

4. NEBULA will not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments (e.g., PayPal).

1. Cashback rewards are typically treated as discounts and not taxable income. However, participants are responsible for confirming their tax obligations with local authorities. If you receive other income payments over $600 or more during the year, this must be reported on Form 1099-MISC (US).

2. NEBULA is not responsible for providing tax advice or documentation beyond confirmation of reward payments.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NEBULA be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, statutory, exemplary, punitive, or other indirect damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use damages, even if NEBULA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that NEBULA's maximum aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00) or the maximum cashback amount you received in the last one year from the date of acceptance of these Terms, whichever is greater. This limitation shall apply to any and all liabilities or causes of action however alleged or arising, including, but not limited to, negligence, breach of contract, or any other claim whether in tort, contract, or equity.
