Actual Performance is Different from What the You Tube Reviewers were introducing

When I turn it on, I usually need to wait more than 1 minute before I can start to navigate its control function. However, the speed seems to be getting worse after using almost 2 months now. I get to play my content finally but it often gets interrupted and goes back to the Android TV. None of these performance issues were expected from so many reviews on YouTube. The picture and sound quality is great and I am very happy. Partly disappointing. I wonder if replacing the unit through an exchange policy would make any difference.

tl,dr This thing is bright and sounds awesome

I was looking for something to display outside at night when sitting in the hot tub. I saw a few reviews on YouTube of Capsule devices but the Capsule 3 caught my eye and thought this might work. Well, mine arrived this morning. I paid the buck and got the coupon and still was not sure I was going to get this. I watched more YouTube video reviews. I watch Jerryrigeverything tear it apart. I have had other Anker product that really impress me so I pulled the plug not knowing how bright this thing is going to be.

I took the Capsule 3 out, set up the remote and placed this on the edge of my desk and turned it on. I am in a rather bright room with a white fence blasting sun light into the room through white blinds. Still, I was amazed on how bright and how sharp this is. I know they say 300 ISO Lumens, but that doesn't mean much to me. I had to see it. The projected image is about the size of a 65 inch tv on my office wall. Even in this bright room, it is impressive. I took it into my living room and blasted it on to the ceiling. The only place in my house that has an area large enough to display it that large. It was amazing. This is a keeper. The sound is full and loud as you would expect from a good Bluetooth speaker.

Besides all of the standard apps on Android TV, I was able to download Google TV and I am able to watch live shows. Right now we are watching the Redzone and I am rather impressed. In the first 20 minutes only twice did I noticed a hiccup on the screen which could be my network.

If you are on the fence like I was, rest assured, this is a good as they say it is.

Expected way more

Expected way more for being laser and 50% brighter than my capsule max, also only has 1 usb so if you are watching something connected to the power ao it would be brighter you can’t connect nothing else like my mini keyboard

EXCELLENT LASER PROJECTOR WHICH IS COMPACT

I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE PICTURE QUALITY AND SHARPNESS. THE BEST COMPACT LASER PROJECTOR WITH SUCH GOOD COLOR CONTRAST AND BRIGHTNESS. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

Bluetooth connection is a bit unstable. OS system is slow and intermittent in the first 30 seconds or so. Yes, it takes a about 30 seconds to to stabilize to operate without any freeze ups. Picture quality is very good.
